Smart Chic Olena — "Chic" — was a 1985 stallion by Smart Little Lena out of Gay Sugar Chic. Originally trained as a cutting horse, he became the 1990 AQHA Senior Cutting World Champion and 1993 NRHA Open Reserve World Champion under Craig Johnson. As a sire, he became an NRHA $7 Million Sire — and his offspring have earned millions more in cutting and cow horse competition. His most notable son was Smart Spook (HOF 2015), the 2004 NRHA Futurity Champion. Chic also sired Magnum Chic Dream (HOF 2016) and five additional NRHA Million Dollar Sires. He died in June 2012.
