Paul Horn was one of the key horsemen from the Columbus, Ohio area who helped form the NRHA in 1966. Along with his brother Bill Horn, Paul was among the inner circle of riders, trainers, and enthusiasts who worked alongside Dale Wilkinson and Mickie Glenn to establish formal rules, judging standards, and the organizational structure of the new association. The Horn brothers were central figures in Ohio's early reining community.
