Wind Her Up Shiner

Wind Her Up Shiner — a 1998 mare by Shining Spark (HOF 2011) out of Wind Her Up Doc — was purchased by Jose Vazquez (People HOF 2021) and through a remarkable sequence of events became NRHA's sixth Million Dollar Dam. Every one of her 25 foals was bred to the late Smart Like Juice (HOF 2017), also owned by Vazquez, and 24 of 25 became NRHA money earners. This makes her the only Million Dollar Dam in history to achieve the status with all offspring by a single sire. She earned $34,000 in her own career and posthumously crossed $1 million in produce earnings in 2022.
