Topsail Whiz — owned by Bob Loomis — is a third-generation NRHA Hall of Famer (Joe Cody → Topsail Cody → Topsail Whiz), the only horse in the sport's history to represent three consecutive HOF generations. He finished 3rd in the 1990 NRHA Futurity with Loomis and earned $49,865 before entering the breeding shed. As a sire, he became the first $12 Million Sire in NRHA history and the sport's leading NRHA sire from 2002–2009. His son Whizard Jac won the 1996 NRHA Futurity; Walla Walla Whiz won the 2007 Derby; The Great Whiz won the 2003 Futurity. Topsail Whiz passed away in 2019.
