Jim and Pat Warren built Rancho Oso Rio in Arizona into one of the premier training and ownership programs on the West Coast. Pat transitioned from English show jumping to reining and partnered with trainers Dell Hendricks, Randy Paul, and Andrea Fappani. They co-created the Reining By The Bay, Cactus Reining Classic, and High Roller Classic — three of the NRHA's top 10 annual events. The Warrens became Million Dollar Owners in 2012 and $2M Owners in 2020. Pat previously received the 2014 Dale Wilkinson Lifetime Achievement Award.
