Few individuals have shaped the NRHA's governance and global reach more comprehensively than Frank Costantini. On the NRHA Board of Directors since 1985 and elected President four times, he has also served on the USET, AHSA/USEF boards, and chaired the FEI Reining Committee for two terms — helping establish reining as an FEI-recognized discipline. He is now Director of Western Disciplines at Markel, a title sponsor of the NRHA Futurity and Derby, and currently serves as Chairman of the NRHA Hall of Fame Committee.
