Charles "Charley" Vaughan was inducted into the NRHA Hall of Fame, recognized for his passion for reining horses and his contributions to the sport as an owner and competitor. A respected trial lawyer from Lafayette, Indiana, Vaughan brought unbridled enthusiasm to horses and became a respected competitor and breeder in the NRHA. He passed away in February 2026 at age 96.
